Scheduling Requests


Scheduling request are available to specific proposals types, where the author has a fully paid registration, and the program has not yet been made available online.

Eligible Sessions
  • Paper Presentations
  • Colloquia*
  • Workshops*

*Please note that colloquia and workshops may not be eligible for scheduling requests depending on the conference. Please contact us directly if you are interested in making a scheduling request for these types of presentation

Ineligible Sessions
  • Posters
  • Focused Discussions
  • Virtual Sessions
  • Exhibits


In order to be eligible to make a scheduling request you must be in accordance with the following items:

  • Have an eligible session type for your accepted proposal as outlined above
  • Have a fully paid registration to the conference
  • Make the request before the conference program is made available online - approximately 2 months before the date of the conference*

*The conference program is sometimes made available earlier than two months before the start of the conference. Therefore, if you are able, please make scheduling requests as early as possible.

How to make a scheduling request:

If you meet all of the above requirements and you are ready to make your scheduling request, please contact us with your requested date of presentation (we do not allow time-of-day requests in order to maintain the integrity of our program and scheduling), and we will be happy to honor your request when we create the conference program.
