Classics with new scholarly introductions
Please note: We do not publish fiction or theses. If you are adapting a thesis into a book, we’re happy to review your proposal once it has been substantially revised for publication; we do not consider unrevised thesis manuscripts.

All books published with Common Ground Research Networks are part of our open access knowledge model, designed to make scholarly work widely discoverable and accessible.
Global visibility: All titles are published digitally through the CGScholar Bookstore and assigned a DOI for permanent citation and discoverability.
Dual-format publication: Authors may elect for open access digital distribution, print-on-demand, or both.
Creative Commons licensing: Works are published under CC BY-NC-ND (Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives) unless another license is requested.
Sustainable publishing: Publication costs are supported through author participation fees or institutional sponsorships, ensuring long-term open access and digital preservation.
Integration with CGScholar: Each book is part of an interconnected scholarly ecosystem, linking communities, journals, and conferences within the Common Ground Research Networks platform.
We do not accept manuscripts that have been previously published.
Submissions may include no more than 30% of previously published material in the form of direct quotations. At least 70% must be original content.
