A community’s tabs are its contents page. What is behind them depends on what kind of community it is — an academic society carries the fullest set, and a classroom or an interest group carries far less.
A missing tab is not a fault. It means that community does not hold that kind of thing.
Every conference the community runs, with what is currently open on each one — a call for proposals, registration, or neither if it has already happened. Past conferences stay listed; that is where the archives live.

Where your membership covers a work, it offers Download in place of a price. That is the clearest sign of what a membership is worth.
In an academic society the tabs are not four separate lists. They are one process, running left to right: the community holds a conference, accepted proposals become presentations, a presentation can be published under one of its publishers, and the finished work appears in Publications and in the Bookstore.

Expected. The tab set follows the community’s type. An academic society carries conferences, publishers and pricing; a classroom or an interest group generally does not.
Publishers is the list of mastheads — the journals and book series. Publications is the list of works that have appeared in them.
Because your membership covers the first. Where a community includes its content in membership, the price is replaced by Download.
The conference is the usual route in an academic society, but you can also submit directly.
They stay on the Events tab. That is where recordings and archives from previous years are reached.
Then it does not run conferences. Nothing is missing — that is simply not what this kind of community holds.
